Welcome to VOYJX Travel Agency. By booking or engaging with any services offered through our platforms—including our website, emails, or affiliated channels—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

1.1 VOYJX Travel Agency acts solely as an intermediary for third-party travel service providers, offering travel planning, booking, and consultancy services. Its role is limited to facilitating the connection between the Client/Traveler and accredited third-party Operators/Providers. VOYJX Travel Agency does not directly provide travel services unless explicitly stated in the confirmed travel package.

1.2 VOYJX Travel Agency is in the process of obtaining official accreditation with the Department of Tourism (DOT) in the Philippines. Until such accreditation is finalized, all travel packages, tours, services, and arrangements are fulfilled in partnership with duly accredited and licensed Operators/Providers.

1.3 All travel services offered through VOYJX Travel Agency are intended to comply with applicable Philippine government regulations.

2. Services and Packages

2.1 VOYJX Travel Agency curates, markets, and facilitates various travel packages and services. All travel experiences are fulfilled exclusively through accredited third-party Operators/Providers. VOYJX Travel Agency does not directly provide travel services, including but not limited to flights, land or sea transportation, accommodations, or tours (whether air, sea, or other specialized tours), unless explicitly stated in the confirmed package.

2.2 VOYJX Travel Agency may offer bespoke or customized travel services tailored to the preferences of the Client/Traveler. Such bespoke services are subject to the availability, pricing, and terms of the relevant Operators/Providers. VOYJX Travel Agency acts solely as a facilitator in coordinating these services.

2.3 All prices, rates, and availability of travel services are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing and confirmation are dependent on the timing of booking, the policies of the relevant Operators/Providers, and the terms outlined in the confirmed travel package.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Full payment is required to confirm proposed itinerary. A closed and confirmed booking is required. No bookings will be placed on hold. All prices are subject to change and availability until full confirmation.

3.2 An initial downpayment will be charged to guarantee the reservation of rooms and seats. All payments, including downpayment and balances, are strictly non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Voucher numbers and booking confirmation codes will be issued only upon receipt of full payment.

3.3 Failure to comply with required payments, payment deadlines, and/or submission of the complete passenger name list will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

3.4 The total number of passengers (PAX) must be guaranteed and must travel together. The total adult fare and associated fees must be settled in full by the Client/Traveler, regardless of whether the guaranteed number of passengers is met.

3.5 Additional persons or groups requested after the airline’s deadline will be treated as a new booking, quoted separately, and may be subject to higher rates. Fare adjustments should be expected even if the same flight itinerary and inclusions apply.

3.6 All corresponding bank charges, remittance fees, and transaction fees shall be shouldered by the Client/Traveler. Company cheques must be made payable to VOYJX Travel Agency / Christian Rey Amaneo. For credit card payments, a vendor service charge of 3.5% will apply.

3.7  VOYJX Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings in cases of non-payment or late payment.

3.8 Payment of the package price constitutes acceptance of this Travel Service Quote, the Travel Schedule, these Terms & Conditions, and the Service Agreement.

4. Airfare

4.1 Departures and arrivals are stated in local time at each respective airport.

4.2 Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline. The Client/Traveler must verify the flight departure time at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

4.3 Check-in must be completed at least 60 minutes prior to departure, unless otherwise specified by the operating carrier.

4.4 Airline tickets are valid only when presented together with a valid government-issued ID or passport matching the name of the ticket holder.

4.5 Any name changes, corrections, or errors on airline tickets are subject to airline penalties, fees, or charges, which shall be solely borne by the Client/Traveler. Name changes are generally not permitted once tickets are issued; therefore, Client/Traveler must ensure 100% accuracy of the name spelling at the time of booking.

4.6 Fares, taxes, fees, and surcharges are strictly non-refundable, non-reroutable, and non-rebookable. In cases of force majeure, rebooking may be allowed but will remain subject to airline penalties, conditions, group terms, and applicable time limits.

4.7 The carriage of passengers and baggage is governed by the regulations of the operating carrier and the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB). The Client/Traveler is responsible for verifying baggage allowances, weight limits, and dimensions on the airline’s official website.

4.8 For groups availing of a Through Fare (Sum of Sectors), partially used itineraries are strictly non-refundable. Flight changes are not permitted once any sector has been used. SOS bookings may be used out of sequence, but the first unused sector will be deemed flown.

4.9 Any changes to flight dates, flight numbers, or passenger count prior to the payment of a 50% deposit may result in reassessment of fare. Changes after payment of the 50% deposit will be treated as a new booking, and any prior deposits will be forfeited.

4.10 Refunds for airline tickets are strictly subject to airline approval and applicable policies.

4.11 In cases of flight disruption, medical emergencies, or death, group booking policies may be superseded by the airline’s specific requirements. The Client/Traveler must provide all necessary documentation as required by the airline.

5. Hotel Accommodation

5.1 Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM; standard check-out time is 11:00 AM of departure day. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and corresponding fees:  
• 50% of the daily rate will be charged for early check-in between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.  
• 50% of the daily rate will be charged for late check-out between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.  
• 100% of the daily rate will be charged for late check-out after 6:00 PM.

5.2 Hotels may impose additional mandatory fees, including but not limited to resort fees, facility fees, city taxes, or foreign citizen fees, which shall be payable directly by the Client/Traveler.

5.3 The Client/Traveler may be required to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee for incidental charges, such as mini-bar, pay-TV, or other personal services.

5.4 The Client/Traveler acknowledges that hotels enforce a strict “no rebooking and no refund” policy for unused arrangements once a booking is confirmed or contract is signed.

5.5 Accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Cleaning fees will apply for violations.

5.6 Parties, small gatherings, or disruptive activities are prohibited within hotel rooms.

5.7 Firearms, guns, or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside hotel premises and must be surrendered to hotel security for safekeeping.

5.8 The hotel management reserves the right to evict or remove guests from rooms should it be deemed necessary, including violations of hotel policies.

5.9 VOYJX Travel Agency shall not be responsible for the quality of hotel services. Any complaints or claims must be directed to hotel management. Neither the hotel, VOYJX Travel Agency, nor its commissioned Operators/Providers shall be liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by force majeure events.

5.10 Any alteration of a reservation by the Client/Traveler shall be considered a cancellation and creation of a new reservation. VOYJX Travel Agency will attempt to negotiate amendments with the Operator/Provider but cannot guarantee approval.

5.11 Cancellation of reservation or no-show may result in penalties in accordance with the hotel’s rates and contract terms.

5.12 The Client/Traveler is requested to notify the hotel in advance if check-in is expected after 6:00 PM. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation and assessment of a no-show fee.

5.13 Neither the hotel, VOYJX Travel Agency, nor its commissioned Operators/Providers shall be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, delays, or failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events such as acts of God, strikes, epidemics, war, riots, floods, fires, sabotage, terrorist activities or threats, airport closures or congestion, government restrictions, or similar circumstances.

5.14 The Client/Traveler shall provide VOYJX Travel Agency with the hotel rooming list to be submitted to the Operator/Provider at least 60 days prior to the date of travel.

6. Tours, Activities, and Tickets

6.1 6.1 Tours, activities, and tickets included in the travel package are provided exclusively by accredited third-party Operators/Providers or local suppliers.

6.2 Such tours and activities are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Operators/Providers, in addition to VOYJX Travel Agency’s policies.

6.3 Once confirmed, bookings for tours and activities are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Operator/Provider policy.

6.4 VOYJX Travel Agency acts solely as an intermediary for third-party services and shall not be held liable for any changes, cancellations, disputes, or claims arising directly from Operator/Provider–supplied activities.

6.5 Any rescheduling requests or itinerary changes must be submitted directly to the relevant Operator/Provider and are subject to their approval, policies, and applicable fees or penalties, which shall be borne solely by the Client/Traveler.

6.6 In the event a tour or activity cannot operate due to weather, Operator/Provider decision, or force majeure, any refunds or rebooking shall strictly follow the Operator/Provider’s refund or rescheduling policies and applicable penalties.

7. Chauffeur-Driven Vehicle Rentals

7.1 Full payment, or an agreed deposit, is required to confirm the booking. All rates are subject to change until full confirmation has been made.

7.2 The rental includes a vehicle with a professional driver provided by an accredited Operator/Provider. Fuel and the driver’s fee are included unless otherwise specified.

7.3 Tolls, parking fees, entrance fees, meals, and accommodation for the driver (if overnight) are not included unless explicitly stated. Personal expenses of the Client/Traveler are not included.

7.4 All vehicles are strictly chauffeur-driven; self-drive options are not permitted. Routes and schedules must be agreed upon in advance. Requests for changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7.5 Client/Traveler remain solely responsible for their personal belongings during the rental. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to Client/Traveler negligence, including but not limited to spills or interior damage, will be charged to the Client/Traveler.

7.6 Once payment is made, cancellations are not permitted, and all payments are strictly non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full.

7.7 Operators/Providers and drivers adhere to strict safety standards at all times. However, VOYJX Travel Agency shall not be held liable for delays, accidents, losses, or other unforeseen events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or strikes.

7.8 In the event of natural disasters, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond VOYJX Travel Agency’s reasonable control, bookings may be rescheduled at the discretion of management.

8. Island Hopping Tours

8.1 Island hopping tours are operated by accredited third-party Operators/Providers and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Operators/Providers, in addition to VOYJX Travel Agency’s policies.

8.2 All island hopping activities are strictly weather- and tide-dependent. Operators/Providers reserve the right to cancel, shorten, or modify itineraries without prior notice in the event of rough seas, Coast Guard advisories, or other environmental factors. Alternative destinations may be substituted if originally scheduled islands are inaccessible.

8.3 Client/Traveler must wear life vests while on board and follow all instructions provided by crew or guides at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.

8.4 Client/Traveler acknowledges the inherent risks of marine travel and activities, including but not limited to sudden waves, slippery rocks, strong currents, and exposure to sun or rain. Participation is at the Client/Traveler’s own risk.

8.5 Pregnant women, infants, and persons with serious medical conditions (including heart, respiratory, or mobility issues) are strongly discouraged from joining island hopping tours. Client/Traveler with pre-existing conditions must disclose them at the time of booking.

8.6 VOYJX Travel Agency and its commissioned Operators/Providers shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including but not limited to cameras, drones, mobile phones, and other valuables brought on the boat or to the islands. Use of waterproof bags and protective cases is strongly recommended.

8.7 Environmental and marine park rules must be strictly observed. Client/Traveler are prohibited from littering, touching, collecting, or disturbing marine life. Any fines or penalties for violations shall be borne solely by the Client/Traveler.

8.8 Cancellations due to bad weather, Coast Guard orders, or other force majeure events shall follow the refund or rebooking policies of the Operator/Provider. VOYJX Travel Agency will assist in coordination but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what the Operator/Provider allows.

8.9 Client/Traveler are strongly encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance covering marine and water-based activities.

9. Travel Insurance

9.1 If availed or included in the travel package, the travel insurance policy issued by the designated travel insurance provider shall serve as the authoritative reference for coverage, including but not limited to medical expenses, emergency evacuation, repatriation, trip cancellation/interruption, baggage loss, and other policy inclusions and exclusions.

9.2 The Client/Traveler acknowledges and agrees that all coverage, benefits, limitations, and obligations are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurer, including eligibility requirements, pre-existing condition limitations, and exclusions.

9.3 The Client/Traveler shall comply with all claims procedures and notice requirements established by the insurer. VOYJX Travel Agency acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be held liable for any claim, denial, partial reimbursement, or dispute arising under the insurance policy.

10. Client/Traveler Medical and Emergency Responsibilities

10.1 This section outlines the responsibilities of travelers regarding medical preparedness, medication management, and emergency considerations. These measures are intended to protect the health and safety of travelers and clarify the roles and limitations of VOYJX Travel Agency and its Operators/Providers.

10.2 Client/Traveler who are currently under medication must bring a sufficient supply, or more than the prescribed dosage, for the entire duration of the trip. Client/Traveler must carry the current prescription issued by a licensed medical practitioner and are solely responsible for safekeeping, dosage compliance, and replenishment of their medications during the trip.

10.3 Client/Traveler must declare in writing any chronic, ongoing, or acute medical conditions prior to departure. Such information will be used solely for awareness by Travel Coordinators and Operators/Providers to facilitate preparedness in case medical attention is required. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may limit the assistance that can be provided in case of an emergency.

10.4 Client/Traveler are encouraged to carry a personal medical kit containing items relevant to their needs, including but not limited to pain relievers, fever reducers, antihistamines or allergy medications, bandages, antiseptic wipes, topical creams, and any other personal items relevant to the traveler’s known medical conditions. Client/Traveler should not rely solely on hotels, tour operators, or third-party providers to supply these items.

10.5 Client/Traveler must ensure that any medical insurance coverage, if applicable or currently self-provided at the time of travel (including HMO or other relevant medical coverage), and medical prescriptions are valid, accessible, and up-to-date at all times during the trip.

10.6 Travel Coordinators and Operators/Providers will facilitate awareness and logistics in the event of medical or non-medical emergencies but do not assume responsibility or liability for the traveler’s health, medication, or personal preparedness. Immediate assistance in medical emergencies is available through Liberty Insurance / Assist America in accordance with the applicable Travel Insurance Policy.

10.7 By participating in the trip, travelers acknowledge that they understand and accept these responsibilities. These measures are designed to ensure the traveler’s safety while clarifying the limits of VOYJX Travel Agency and its Operators/Providers’ obligations.

11. Personal Belongings, Travel Documents, and Safety Compliance

11.1 Client/Traveler are solely responsible for all personal belongings, including luggage, electronics, valuables, and any other items brought on the trip. VOYJX Travel Agency shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property under any circumstances.

11.2 Client/Traveler must ensure that passports, visas, identification cards, and other travel documents are valid and accessible at all times. Client/Traveler should maintain photocopies or digital backups of essential documents. VOYJX Travel Agency shall not be responsible for delays, penalties, or consequences resulting from missing or invalid documentation.

11.3 Client/Traveler must follow all guidance and instructions provided by Travel Coordinators and local Operators/Providers regarding safety, itinerary execution, and conduct during the trip. VOYJX Travel Agency assumes no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from non-compliance or partial compliance with such instructions.

11.4 Client/Traveler are encouraged to take reasonable personal precautions, including securing valuables and safeguarding personal items during transit, at accommodations, and while participating in activities.

11.5 Client/Traveler are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering loss, theft, or damage of personal property. VOYJX Travel Agency assumes no responsibility or liability for expenses related to lost, stolen, or damaged items.

12. Immigration and Travel Compliance

12.1 The Client/Traveler must ensure that their passport is valid for a minimum of six (6) months upon return.

12.2 VOYJX Travel Agency shall not be held liable for any refusal of entry or exit by immigration authorities.

13. Travel Photo and Video Coverage

13.1 VOYJX Travel Agency provides a unique travel and tours photography and videography services as part of the package or as an optional add-on, consistent with the Client/Traveler’s confirmed inclusions and travel or tour package requirements.

13.2 The scope of coverage shall be limited to the agreed travel dates, destinations, and activities. Any additional coverage requested by the Client/Traveler shall be subject to additional fees, which shall be mutually agreed in writing.

13.3 Coverage may include photography, video recording, and drone operations, provided such activities are permitted under local regulations, venue restrictions, or other applicable laws. The Client/Traveler acknowledges that environmental conditions (including but not limited to weather, lighting, or crowding), venue restrictions, and unforeseen circumstances may affect the coverage, and VOYJX Travel Agency shall not be held liable for such limitations, including restrictions imposed by local authorities, venue owners, cultural institutions, religious establishments, or any other third party that may limit, restrict, or prohibit photography, videography, or drone operations. The Client/Traveler acknowledges that such limitations are beyond the control of VOYJX Travel Agency and do not entitle the Client/Traveler to refunds or compensation.

13.4 Deliverables shall consist of a filtered and curated set of edited photos together with either (i) a standard Travel Highlights video delivered within two (2) work weeks after the tour, or (ii) a Same Day Edit (SDE) Tour Highlights video delivered on the last day of the tour or the following work day.

13.5 The Client/Traveler acknowledges that raw photo and video files are not included in the package unless explicitly agreed in writing.

13.6 VOYJX Travel Agency shall provide the Client/Traveler with an online drive link for downloading the edited photo and video files. Said link shall remain accessible for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the time of uploading. After such period, VOYJX Travel Agency shall be under no obligation to maintain or preserve the files in its online storage and shall not be held liable for the Client/Traveler’s failure to download the files within the stated period.

13.7 For group travel and tour arrangements, the Client/Traveler shall provide VOYJX Travel Agency in advance with written instructions identifying individuals or sub-groups to be prioritized for inclusion in the coverage. In the absence of such instructions, VOYJX Travel Agency shall exercise professional discretion. The Client/Traveler further agrees that VOYJX Travel Agency shall not be liable for any omission, oversight, or failure to capture specific individuals, groups, structures, or objects.

14. Media and Content Rights

14.1 VOYJX Travel Agency may, with the Client/Traveler’s prior consent, capture photos, videos, or other media (“Contents”) during the course of the Client/Traveler’s travel experience. Such media may be provided either free of charge or as an optional paid service, depending on the arrangement agreed with the Client/Traveler.

14.2 All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the Contents shall remain the property of VOYJX Travel Agency as the creator. The Client/Traveler retains rights to their personal image and likeness appearing in the Contents.

14.3 Any use of the Contents by the Client/Traveler, including reproduction, editing, or publication, requires prior consent from VOYJX Travel Agency. Likewise, any use of the Client/Traveler’s image or likeness by VOYJX Travel Agency for credentials, portfolio, demo reels, marketing, and/or promotional purposes requires the Client/Traveler’s prior consent.

14.4 Any Travel Highlights video or similar production is optional. Whether provided free of charge or as a paid service, it shall not form part of the standard travel package inclusions unless expressly stated in writing.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

15.1 Personal Information: VOYJX Travel Agency shall collect and process personal information provided by the Client/Traveler solely for booking, itinerary management, travel coordination, communication, and compliance with legal or regulatory requirements. All personal data shall be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

15.2 Third-Party Providers: Personal information may be shared with accredited third-party service providers, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, and insurers, strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the Client/Traveler’s travel arrangements. VOYJX Travel Agency shall not be liable for the processing of personal data by such third parties.

15.3 Cookies and Tracking: VOYJX Travel Agency may use cookies or similar technologies to improve website functionality, monitor performance, and analyze traffic. By using the website, the Client/Traveler consents to such tracking.

15.4 Data Security and Retention: VOYJX Travel Agency implements reasonable safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Data shall be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill purposes outlined herein, comply with legal obligations, or enforce contractual rights.

15.5 Limitation of Liability: VOYJX Travel Agency shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of personal information caused by third-party providers, security breaches beyond reasonable control, or actions of the Client/Traveler.

16. Exclusions

16.1 The travel package does not include, unless expressly stated in the confirmed package inclusions: Philippine Travel Tax, airport transfers or transportation to and from tour pick-up/drop-off points, personal expenses, optional tours or activities, gratuities or tipping for local guides and drivers, visa fees, vaccination requirements, or any other government-imposed fees or charges.

16.2 Any service, activity, or expense not expressly listed in the Travel Schedule or in the confirmed package inclusions is expressly excluded from this Agreement.

16.3 VOYJX Travel Agency shall not be liable for costs, losses, or damages arising from third-party services not directly arranged or procured by VOYJX Travel Agency, including but not limited to local attractions, restaurants, taxis, or other incidental services.

16.4 To the extent that any excluded costs or losses may be covered under a travel insurance policy availed by the Client/Traveler, such coverage shall remain subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the relevant insurer. VOYJX Travel Agency shall not assume responsibility or liability for claims, coverage disputes, or reimbursements under such insurance.

17. Cancellations and Refunds

17.1 Once payment, including deposits, has been made and the booking is confirmed, no cancellations, amendments, or modifications shall be permitted. All down payments and advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

17.2 Refunds, if any, shall be governed by the cancellation and refund policies of the relevant travel operators, service providers, or suppliers. Certain services may be strictly non-refundable, depending on the type of booking and the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

17.3 No refunds shall be provided for unused airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, transfers, or other package components, including in cases of voluntary cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

17.4 VOYJX Travel Agency reserves the right to impose cancellation fees, service charges, or penalties in accordance with operator policies for any flights, services, or bookings voluntarily canceled by the Client/Traveler for any reason.

17.5 The applicable cancellation fees, if any, will be clearly communicated to the Client/Traveler at the time of booking, in accordance with the terms and policies of the respective operators or service providers.

18. Force Majeure

18.1 VOYJX Travel Agency and its Operators/Providers shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or inability to provide contracted services resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”), including but not limited to natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane), war, invasion, hostilities, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, civil unrest, terrorism or threat thereof, nationalization, embargo, government sanctions or restrictions, labor disputes, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government-imposed travel bans, border closures, or quarantine requirements, or any inability of Operators/Providers to provide services due to such events.

18.2 This Force Majeure clause applies equally to all Operators/Providers engaged by VOYJX Travel Agency. In such events, VOYJX Travel Agency may, at its discretion, reschedule, modify, or cancel the affected services without liability to the Client/Traveler.

18.3 Client/Traveler acknowledges and agrees that additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of Force Majeure Events, including alternative arrangements or accommodations, shall be borne solely by the Client/Traveler unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

19. Indemnification

19.1 By booking with VOYJX Travel Agency, the Client/Traveler agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOYJX Travel Agency and its Operators/Providers from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with the Client/Traveler’s use of VOYJX Travel Agency services. This includes, without limitation, interactions with third-party Operators/Providers, travel-related accidents, injuries, or illnesses, violations of local laws, regulations, or customs, and any acts or omissions by the Client/Traveler that result in claims or damages.

19.2 This indemnification obligation shall survive the completion of services or termination of the agreement and applies regardless of whether the claim is based on negligence, breach of contract, or other legal theory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Modification of Terms

20.1 VOYJX Travel Agency reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updated Terms and Conditions shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the VOYJX Travel Agency website or provided as part of any documentation submitted to the Client/Traveler, including but not limited to the Travel Service Quote, Statement of Account, Service Agreement, or any other related documents. The Client/Traveler’s continued use of VOYJX Travel Agency services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

20.2 Website Terms & Conditions Authority: The Client/Traveler acknowledges that the Terms and Conditions posted on the vÖyjx Travel Agency website (www.voyjx.com) may be updated periodically. In the event of any discrepancy between a document submitted to the Client/Traveler and the website version, the website version shall supersede only if its last update date is later than the date of the submitted document.

21. Governing Law

21.1 These Terms & Conditions, as part of the agreement between the Client/Traveler and VOYJX Travel Agency, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

21.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
